1. Introduction

Welcome to Guarantee2U.com. We are an online store specialising in genuine electronics and home products, shipped across Saudi Arabia. By using this website and completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the site or purchasing any product.

2. Products & Shipping

  • All products listed are genuine physical goods shipped to your address within Saudi Arabia.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return a product within 14 days of receipt if it is defective or not as described.
  • The item must be in its original unused condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • Guarantee2U covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly sent items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

6. Warranties & Liability

  • All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the terms specific to each product.
  • For manufacturing defects, please contact us to facilitate warranty procedures.
  • Guarantee2U is not liable for damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (weather, disasters, strikes, etc.).

7. Prohibited Use

  • Using the site for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of Saudi regulations is strictly prohibited.
  • Reselling products commercially without prior written consent is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order or account suspected of fraudulent activity.
